Mictechy Digital provides website optimization, design, mobile optimization, SEO setup, author branding, and related digital services as described on our website. The specific services to be provided will be outlined in a detailed project proposal and scope of work agreed upon by both parties.

All services are provided on an as-is basis. We strive to deliver high-quality work that meets industry standards, but we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes.

Project Timeline

Project timelines will be established in writing before work begins. While we make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon deadlines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, client feedback requirements, or revisions outside the original scope.

We will communicate any potential delays as soon as possible. Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback and materials necessary to complete the project on schedule.

Payment Terms

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• •Maintaining access to their domain, hosting, and related accounts
• •Making timely decisions regarding project direction and approvals

Revision and Changes

The number of revision rounds included in each project will be specified in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be charged at our standard revision rate.

Revisions are limited to changes related to the original scope of work. Requests that significantly change the project scope may require a new proposal and additional fees.

Delivery and Deployment

Upon completion of the project, we will deliver all final files and work product to the client. The client is responsible for deploying the work to their website, hosting, or required platforms unless otherwise specified in the proposal.

We provide deployment assistance at no additional cost for the initial launch. Additional support or ongoing maintenance may be available for an additional fee.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for their project. However, we retain the right to use the work as a portfolio example (with or without client attribution, as agreed).

Clients own their content and materials provided to us. We retain ownership of pre-existing templates, code libraries, processes, and any elements not created specifically for the client's project.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mictechy Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Communication Policy

We are committed to maintaining clear and responsive communication with our clients. Communication is conducted via email, phone, or agreed-upon project management tools. We aim to respond to client inquiries within 48 business hours.

Clients agree to provide prompt feedback and responses to keep projects moving forward. Delays in client communication may affect project timelines.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during the project. This includes client business strategies, financial information, and unpublished content.

Information may be disclosed only as required by law or court order, or with the explicit written consent of the other party.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment for all work completed to that date. Upon termination by the client, we will provide all work-in-progress materials in their current state.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
